Datapac becomes first Irish firm to scoop HP's Partner of the Year for UK and Ireland

Wexford-based Datapac has become HP's first Irish partner to scoop the company's Partner of the Year award for UK and Ireland.

One of Ireland's largest IT providers, Datapac has been recognised for outstanding performance and accelerating growth in the last year.

The business significantly grew revenues, new customer acquisitions and market share across all of the sectors in which it partners with HP, including printer, PC and laptop sales.

Datapac was also recognised for its in-depth knowledge of the HP product suite and achieving the highest level of training, standards and certification.

“This award caps a phenomenal year for Datapac which saw us achieve significant growth in a number of key areas in our business,"  Patrick Kickham, director, Datapac, said.

"To be acknowledged as HP’s partner of the year for UK and Ireland is a fantastic endorsement of our capabilities, focus and results."

Datapac - Ireland’s only multi-accredited HP Platinum Partner - fought off stiff competition from HP’s partner base of 6,500 companies.

Gary Tierney, managing director, HP Ireland said the Partner of the Year Award represents the most innovative and transformative work being done across its partner community.
