Dan Smith drives a bargain in Dunboyne

Dan Smith Motors is acquiring a 681sqm industrial unit on a 0.53 acre site in the Dunboyne Industrial Estate in Co Meath for €575,000.

The buyer intends to convert it into an auto repair centre.

The vendor, Houghton Oils & Chemicals Ireland (Ltd), has relocated to another premises within the estate.

Meanwhile, Batchelors Coffee Company has taken a four-year, nine-month FRI lease on a 681sqm unit at the Finglas Business Centre.

The deal equates to a rent of €75.34 per sqm.

The Irish-owned enterprise is agent for a range of teas and coffees incouding nternational brands such as Lavazza and Douwe Egberts as well as for the well known Irish brand Barrys Tea.

The lease was acquired from Achilles Express Logistics, which has moved to a neighbouring unit.
