CRH selling high-profile site worth around €5.m
Building materials group CRH is selling 15.53 acres of zoned lands at Cheeverstown/ Citywest on the Outer Ring Road, Dublin 24.
It benefits from over 750m of frontage to Dublin's Outer Ring Road and is beside a station and park-and-ride facility on the LUAS Red Line extension to CityWest.
Ross Shorten of Lisney declined to comment but experts in the area say that it could achieve up to €360,000 per acre which would work at around €5.6m.
Mr Shorten says the accessible and well-positioned site is close to the N7, M50 interchange and the link to N4 on the Outer Ring Road.
With two access points already constructed, it is zoned EP2 "to facilitate opportunities for manufacturing, research and development facilities, light industry and employment and enterprise related uses in industrial areas and business parks and such zoning would accommodate a range of uses including business, office, industrial and warehousing."
