City centre B&B on market for €750k

Members of the legal profession with an inclination for redevelopment are expected to be among the bidders for a B&B building for sale near the new Criminal Courts of Justice building in Dublin. A number of criminal lawyers have been looking for offices in the area recently.

Formerly trading as the Kingsbridge B&B, number 14 Parkgate Street is adjacent to the Ashling Hotel and close to Heuston mainline railway station and the LUAS light rail system.

The agents CB Richard Ellis are asking €750,000 for the two storey building where the accommodation comprises 10 bedrooms. The building also comes on a site area of 140sqm. It is zoned Z5 under the Dublin City Development Plan 2005/2011 "to consolidate and facilitate the development of the central area and to identify, reinforce and strengthen and protect its civic design and dignity."
