Bank of Ireland falls in Dublin after May 14 Rights Announcement

Bank of Ireland Plc fell as much as 2.9pc in Dublin trading after the lender announced details of a rights offer.
Bank of Ireland said May 14 it plans a 3 for 2 rights offer at a price of €0.55 per new unit of ordinary stock.
The stock fell as much as 4.4 cents to €1.49 and traded at €1.50 at 8:17 a.m. local time.
