Amcor seeks €5.5m for its premises in Finglas

Global packaging company Amcor is asking €5.5m for its 14,594sqm premises on a secure 7.07-acre site in Finglas, Dublin 11.

The high-profile site benefits from 125 metres of frontage on to the Jamestown Road in Finglas, and is strategically located adjacent to the N2/M50 Finglas motorway junction and is within easy access of the M1 Dublin-Belfast corridor.

It is about 7km south of Dublin Airport and 6km north of Dublin City Centre, while Dublin Port Tunnel is easily accessible. There are three access points along the Jamestown Road. Neighbour-ing occupiers include Johnston, Mooney and O'Brien and UPS.

Jarlath Lynn of agents CB Richard Ellis stated: "It is a superb opportunity to acquire a competitively priced building which has excellent potential to redevelop or reconfigure depending on occupier requirements."
