Alarm firm to create 230 jobs
Up to 230 jobs are being created by alarm company PhoneWatch as it expands its operations across Ireland.
Recruitment is already under way for roles in engineering, sales and operations. The firm monitors homes and business 24 hours a day.
The new investment will see PhoneWatch expand its footprint nationally – opening offices in Dublin, Cork and up to 10 other regional centres.
Eoin Dunne, managing director, said its monitored alarm systems were installed in more than 100,000 homes and businesses. "We have exciting and ambitious plans for growth in the market and this new investment will help us realise that ambition," he said.
PhoneWatch currently employs 150 people in Ireland.
