Aer Lingus boss Mueller got pay of €1.5m last year

AER Lingus chief executive Christoph Mueller got a pay packet of more than €1.5m last year, according to the company's annual report.

This compares with €1.293m in 2012 and included a salary of €700,000 as well as bonuses and a pension contribution.

Outgoing chief financial officer Andrew Macfarlane was paid a total of €669,000 last year, a reduction after he agreed it voluntarily.
