€700k is sought for D3 warehouse near tunnel

Receivers at FGS are hoping to raise €700,000 from the sale of the former Leslie Reynolds warehouse on East Road, near the Port Tunnel in Dublin 3. Estate agents HT Meagher O'Reilly are alternatively quoting €3 per sq ft (exclusive) or €55,000 a year for a letting of the 1,653sqm premises.
HTMOR are also bringing to the market a self-contained facility on James's Street, Dublin 8, near Guinness' brewery. As well as a 553sqm former An Post delivery service unit of 553sqm, the property benefits from an enclosed rear yard of 554sqm with vehicular access and ample parking.
They are guiding €500,000 for its purchase price or €30,000 for an annual rent.
HTMOR are also quoting an annual rent of €3 per sq ft for a self-contained warehouse in Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, Dublin 9.
