John Carlin, the liquidator of Hannay Waste & Recycling Ireland Ltd, is asking €4.25m for an industrial property on an 8.2 acre site at Bannow Road, Cabra, Dublin 7.
Agent Gavin Butler of Savills says the zoning would facilitate mixed use development of which offices, retail and residential could be the dominant uses and the property might have fetched €20m at the market peak.
The site occupies a prominent position at the junction of Broombridge and Bannow Road and is convenient to Dublin City Centre, the N2/M50 junction.
Within its rectangular shaped site, the property offers 7,555sqm of industrial and office accommodation in two main structures: a warehouse and a detached single storey office building.
To the rear of the site a large hard standing area provides vehicle parking and the remainder is undeveloped land.
