Enterprise Rent-A-Car will begin recruiting trainee managers over the next few months as part of a major expansion plan.
A company spokesman said candidates have to have a third level qualification - either a diploma or degree.
Another 30 internships will also be offered as part of a Graduate Management Training Programme.
The car hire firm has a workforce of 120 full-time staff and 50 part-timers at 22 branches around the country.
