A Dublin-based company is to create 100 new jobs over the next two years.
Accent Solutions will increase its workforce to 133 people by the end of this month, and this is expected to reach 230 by the end of next year.
The company specialises in providing a range of engineering and other services to data centres, as well as to the manufacturing and public sectors.
Established in 2012, it has recently landed a number of important new contracts. Tánaiste Joan Burton said this jobs announcement was yet another example of Ireland's economic recovery taking hold.
"This is a great day for a young company going from strength to strength. We will soon have more than two million people at work."
Meanwhile, new figures reveal the number of people on the Liver Register fell by more than 34,000 last year.
The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for December 2015 was 8.8pc.
