Graham Martin to retire from Tullow Oil

Tullow Oil, a multinational oil and gas exploration company, has announced that Graham Martin, the firm's executive director and company secretary will retire.
The company says that Mr Martin will retire at its next annual general meeting, which is expected to be held on April 28 of next year.
Mr Martin has resigned from his position of company secretary with effect from January 1 while the company's board has appointed Kevin Massie, currently the firm's corporate counsel and deputy company secretary, to the role of company secretary.
Speaking about Mr Martin's retirement, Simon Thompson, non-executive chairman at Tullow Oil, said he had made a significant contribution to the company.
"Graham has been a director of Tullow for the past 18 years and has made an outstanding contribution to the group. We wish him every success and happiness in his well-earned retirement. We also congratulate Kevin Massie on his promotion to Company Secretary and wish him well as he takes up his new duties."
