A 19.5ac farm, laid out in two fields at Portanob, near Kildalkey village, 7km from Trim, is sure to attract local attention.

The lands are described by Aidan Heffernan, of selling agents Sherry FitzGerald Royal, as the best of grassland and come with extensive road frontage. An old residence on the property should ease the path of any planning application. There is also an old farmyard consisting of a three-column haybarn with double lean-tos and a concrete silage pit.

The property comes to market with a guide price of €9,000/ac.

A neighbouring holding, owned by the same owner, will also be going on sale tomorrow.

This 27.262ac parcel at Cloncarneel, Kildalkey, is in a single division, with road frontage on to three seperate roads.

Niall Mulligan of Sherry Fitzgerald Royal is offering the land, all in stubble, in three lots.

These include the entire, a lot comprising 18.512ac and an 8.75ac lot.
