The larger of the two is located at Moyassa, Ballygrennan, and is being sold by auctioneer Tom Dillon, of Sherry FitzGerald Dillon Prendiville.

This holding has 56.5ac, and a guide price of €550,000 is quoted.

Tom Dillon says it is "top-quality land" and comes with a traditional single-storey stone dwelling house and several stone out-offices.

The land is south facing and has river frontage on the River Smerlagh. There is around seven acres of mature trees.

The second farm is located at Slievecahill, Garryantanvalla, off the main Tralee road, and has 27.7ac of good quality lands with road frontage.

The holding is set out in four grass fields, which have mains water supplied. A guide in the region of €200,000 -- more than €7,150/ac -- is being quoted by the auctioneers.
