New from Trima is the 200 Series tractor front-end loader range, introduced by importer Farmhand Ltd as a more affordable option for tractors in the 40-110hp range.
Farmhand is the importer of Quicke and Trima tractor front loaders in Ireland, both of which are owned by Swedish firm Alo.
"The Trima 200s are perfect for people who don't do enough loader work to justify a Quicke but who don't want to compromise on quality either," said Farmhand's Paul Scrivener.
The range has nine models, five self-levelling with parallel linkage and four non-parallels.
Standard is a quick hitch, grille guard, third hydraulic service and a cable controlled joystick. The largest parallel model has a maximum lift height of 3.65m under level implement.
Lift capacity is quoted at 1.6t at 800mm from pivot pin at ground level with a hydraulic pressure of 195bar. The lifting capacity of the largest non-parallel model, the 260N, is the same at ground level but maximum lifting height under parallel implement is 3.40m.
The price of the Trima 240N non-parallel loader, which is suitable for tractors up to 90hp, is quoted at €6,880 plus VAT by Farmhand.
