Tipperary forestry holdings hit market

Tipperary estate agent PF Quirke is handling the sale of several agricultural and forestry properties close to Ballymacarbry on the Clonmel-Dungarvan road.
The forestry plantation at Boolabrien, Ballymacarbry, extends to 26ac of 15-year-old forestry. The plantation is ready for thinning and would offer any potential buyer an immediate income.
The plot has good road access and a guide of €140,000.
Mr Quirke is also handling the sale of a 13ac non-residential farm in the same townland. Located in the scenic Nire Valley, the farm has great views from its elevated position and the land is described as good quality. The property has easy access to both Clonmel and Dungarvan.
A guide price of €75,000 is being quoted for the farm.
The same agent is also selling a 19ac non-residential farm on the Dungarvan side of Ballymacarbry.
The farm at Knockaraha has a small forestry plantation extending to around 3ac.
Located 100 yards off the main Clonmel-Dungarvan road, the farm has a guide of €75,000 and could be sold in lots if required by potential buyers.
