Talks ongoing for 10ac
Negotiations are ongoing for a 10ac residential property located beside the village of Ballinalack in Co Westmeath.
Situated on the N4 motorway about an hour's drive from Dublin, the single-storey house was described by auctioneer Oliver Moore as being in excellent condition.
"This property would suit someone keeping a few horses or a market garden," said the auctioneer. Both cattle and sheep have grazed it in the recent past.
The property is close to the river Inny and numerous lakes.
It has a guide price of €180,000.
