Scenic Wicklow farms with solid credentials

A PORTFOLIO of lands in the 'Garden County' has come to the market, with more than just the scenic view to offer potential purchasers.

The first piece is a c60ac non residential holding at Drumbawn, Cooladoyle, Newtownmountkennedy. It is on the market by private treaty with a guide price of €375,000.

The property is located less than 4.5kms from Newtownmountkennedy on the road to Roundwood.

Described by Alan Kinsella of Kinsella Estates, Gorey and Carnew as all in one block, the farm comprises 52ac of permanent pasture, with 8ac of rough grazing of which 2ac have some rock outcrops.

The land occupies an elevated position with exceptional views of the Roundwoood lakes, the national park, the Sugar Loaf Mountain and the coast.
