Located at Bolaney, Gorey, this land is in a prime location, within 3km of the M11 motorway, 4km of Gorey and 2.5km from the coast.

The property will be auctioned on Thursday and has a guide price of €250,000 or €9,000/ac.

The land, which is in elevated pasture, is in one division and slopes down to the river, where it enjoys 0.5km of access along a meandering bank.

The land is naturally drained with no waste and is ideal for any type of farming.

According to Alan Kinsella, of Gorey-based selling agents Kinsella Auctioneers, the land is well fenced and well looked after by its current owner.

Mr Kinsella said the development of the M11 and the improvements in the road system mean that there should be both local and outside interest in the property.

This parcel of ground is located just minutes from the roundabout at the northern end of Gorey's bypass, which makes it accessible to a range of customers.
