The Farm Machinery Show in the Green Glens Arena, Millstreet, Co Cork, which was rescheduled because of the bad weather, starts today and runs until Thursday.

The reconvened show will feature the same exhibitors and will incorporate new launches from New Holland, John Deere and Case IH.

Promoter AJS Promotions says the show is now almost sold out, making this an ideal opportunity for both farmers and contractors alike to view the latest innovations in the agricultural and associated industries in one venue.

They say that this year's show will be bigger and better than ever as they have an additional hall for the event to accommodate previous exhibitors who have requested more space. It should provide a welcome distraction from the weather as we begin to consider the spring sowing campaign.

AJS says that, in addition to all of the major tractor and machinery dealers, the show will also include a wide range of other exhibitors, covering the whole of the farming spectrum and offering something for everyone.

The opening hours will be scheduled specifically to cater for the busy farmer and contractor, 2-10pm on each of the three days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
