According to the agents, the property is a compact holding with natural boundaries and is of excellent grazing quality.

It is located in the village of Tirmoghan which is approximately 1.5km from Donadea, 7km from Kilcock, 8km from Clane and 5km from the M4.

The area is known for its breeding with many stud farms nearby including Loughtown, Kilnamoragh, Mount Armstorng, Old Meadow, Derrinstown and Courtown.

The lands are laid out in a number of divisions extending to 23ac and are currently used for grazing purposes.

The entire has natural boundaries and hedgerows throughout with good shelter.
