A guide price of €5,000/ac is being quoted by Trim, Co Meath auctioneer Thomas Potterton for a 39-acre holding in Co Longford.
The farm at Ballygilchrist and Ballymore, Granard, is available in four lots. These include the old stone residence on eight acres, 22 acres laid out in four fields, as well as a 2.5-acre field and a 6.5-acre field, which are located around half a mile down the road.
Mr Potterton said the two smaller parcels of ground may offer potential for sites, subject to planning permission.
The farm will be offered for sale by public auction on June 22 at the Property Exchange, Trim.
Mr Potterton also has an 18-acre non-residential property on the outskirts of Trim for sale on his books.
The lands, which are situated at Crowpark, are laid out in three fields of permanent pasture.
A guide price of €10,000/ac is being quoted and these lands also go to auction on June 22.
