Housing Minister Simon Coveney visited the SuperValu Good Food Karma arena on Day One of the Ploughing Championships.

The SuperValu arena was heaving as Today FM’s Hector, Anton Savage, and Dermot and Dave entertained the masses.

Fifteen of the finest Food Academy producers in the country displayed their wares at the tent.

Now in its 85th year, over 280,000 people are expected to attend the three-day event in Screggan, Co Offaly.

TodayFM are challenging women to wear their wedding dresses as part of their Dare to Care campaign.
