"We have been attending this event for many years and find it great for meeting new and old customers," revealed Michael Eardly, managing director at Eardly Agri. "This year we will be showing the full Krone grass line, as well as equipment from Amazone, APV and Quicke."

Specifically designed for the larger, professional dairy farmer, the Krone ECR360 has a cutting width of almost 12ft and is perfect for mowing and topping. The mower will produce two swaths or can be adjusted to spread the grass full width. Fully mounted, the ECR360 folds over-centre for transport to avoid snagging overhanging branches and the machine comes with a stand for solid, safe parking and quick and easy attachment.

Unlike many other mower beds on the market, Krone features a one-piece fully welded casing made of high quality, heavy gauge steel for huge strength and durability. .

The KW552 is the best- selling four rotor tedder in Ireland. Mr Eardly explained: "Its success is down to its durability and strength which makes it a clear winner in heavy Irish grass. The market demanded a tedder that is reliable and we think Krone have delivered with the KW552." With a variable working width of 22-24 feet, the TC760 is a versatile rake suitable for large farmers and contractors alike.

A unique feature of all Krone rakes is the 'jet effect' which prevents tines from damaging the sward on the headland and ensures the crop stays cleans.

Quicke loaders have been in Ireland for over 57 years with an estimated 30,000 of them making up the backbone of Irish farms. The latest and greatest Q68 Black Edition will be at the Ploughing this year. "Quicke released a very limited run of these black edition loaders at the beginning of the year and the response has been phenomenal," said Farmhand marketing manager Stephen Scrivener.

Amazone power harrows have established a reputation for durability and reliability. Along with this, APV are world leaders in small spreading units. The Amazone KX harrow is consistently a best seller in Ireland.
