Galway auctioneer, Martin Tyrell has no shortage of farms on his books at the moment. Among them is a 62ac non-residential farm about 2.5km from Tuam on the Dunmore road. While he is guiding the private treaty sale at €600,000 or around €10,000/ac, he is open to offers over €540,000.
The farm is all in one block and comes with plenty of road frontage on to the main Tuam road. Mr Tyrell describes the farm as one of the best he has had for sale in recent years.
"It is laid out in a nice series of fields and is suitable for all round grazing or tillage," he said.
The property is for sale by private treaty and he currently has an offer of €540,000 on the farm.
Mr Tyrell is handling the sale of a 38ac farm in two divisions of 26ac and 12ac respectively at Corbally, Cummer 6.5km from Claregalway and 16km from Galway.
The farm is described and in good heart, well laid out and located in a good farming area.
"I am guiding this at over €8,000/ac," Mr Tyrell said.
