Since it's opening, McInerney Tractor Sales has grown steadily and built up a considerable base of customers over the past 25 years. Run by Michael McInerney, the business has developed to meet the needs of local farmers and contractors and is now geared to delivering good customer service to existing and potential Landini owners.

Situated 1.5km from Miltown Malbay and 30km from Ennis, this dealership is located in a strong farming area. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm.

Michael stocks all types of oils, PTO shafts, batteries and many tractor parts. A hydraulic hose repair and manufacture service is also available. Michael is also the main dealer for Bellon disc and drum mowers and Bardini sprayers. He thinks the no-nonsense spec of the Landini tractors, in particular the four cylinder; 4-Series and 5-H models will be ideal for stockmen.

The Landini range also includes six-cylinder models, namely the 7-Series which is now available with continuous variable transmission (CVT). "This is a significant appointment for Landini tractors in the south-west region," said Patrick Ryan of D&S Machinery Ltd, the main Landini Importers. "The transition to Landini tractors will be easy for Michael, who has a long established dealership and is well used to maintaining high standards."

The new Landini range includes the popular 5-100H 4-WD with power shuttle and manual lift. A demonstration model Landini 6- 130C with front loader and cab suspension is also available to test drive. All new Landini models now come with the latest finance scheme, which has three options: 0pc (1+2 payments), 1pc (1+3) and 1.5pc (1+5).
