The holding is situated off the Batterstown to Trim road, south-west of Dunshaughlin.
The lands are all in grass and split into eight manageable divisions. Services include a private well and pump house.

The property will be offered as an entire or in two lots of 23ac and 63ac at auction at 3pm on Thursday, May 21 in Dunboyne Castle, Dunboyne, Co Meath.
Not far away in the Meath Gaeltacht of Rathcairn, 59ac also goes to auction next month.
Located at Dressogue, Trim, the land is currently in grass and described by auctioneer Thomas Potterton as being in very good heart.
The sale is guided at €7,000 to €8,000/ac.
The holding will be sold at auction at the Property Exchange, Trim on Tuesday, May 12.
