Cappa Cassanova completed a memorable win on Friday for producer Jimmy Quinn when landing the Irish Draught stallion class for the third time in four years and leading a one-two for the Cappa Stud when Cappa Aristocrat slotted into second place ahead of PJ Fitzpatrick's Carrabawn Cross. He also won in 2012 and 2013.

Cappa Stud was represented by four stallions in the 15-horse line-up, but the result came as a complete surprise for Jimmy and Edel Quinn. "We really never expected it and were completely overwhelmed," Jimmy said, "and we were over the moon with Aristocrat as he is still only four." Noble Class, by the winning sire, also won the potential event horse title for Kathy Charlton.
