A guide price in excess of €300,000 is being quoted for a bungalow on 10ac, which has come on the market in Kildare.

Situated five miles from Enfield and 12 miles from Trim, this four bedroom bungalow at Ballinakill, Broadford, has recently been redecorated.

The house is set on 10ac of land, which is divided into three fields. Bordered by a stream, the land is all in grass.

Auctioneer Thomas Potterton has set a guide price in excess of €300,000 for the property.

The same auctioneer is also handling the sale of a 14.5ac non-residential plot of land in Co Westmeath.

The farm at Killua is situated three miles from Clonmellon and four miles from Athboy.

The property has no road frontage aside from its access point onto the public road.

The land is overlooked by the ruins of Killua Castle, which is being restored by its current owners, and an obelisk.

Both this land and the castle grounds were formerly owned by the Chapman family.

The land has been let out for a number of years for grazing but is still in very good heart, according to the auctioneer.

A guide price of €90,000 is being quoted for the farm.
