The 17ac parcel is located on the R107 just north of Kinsealy village.

The land has approximately 295m of road frontage and two agricultural entrance gates.

The place has been recently ploughed and auctioneer Willie Coonan says it is of good quality and suitable for most agricultural enterprises.

The second property comprising 6ac of ground is also located north of Kinsealy village and on Kinsealy Lane.

The land has one agricultural entrance gate and has been recently tilled. It is described as good ground in good heart and suitable for any farming purposes.

According to Mr Coonan both lots have good access to Malahide, Portmarnock and the M50.

"Given their location both properties will be of interest to developers, investors and those seeking a safe investment with growth prospects," he said.
