A 26ac non-residential farm near Ballyboughal, Co Dublin sold at auction recently, making €275,000 or €10,500/ac.
Located at Richardstown about 2.5km from Ballyboughal village the property is just off the N1 Dublin to Belfast road.
Laid out in four fields the free draining ground is in a mix of tillage and grass.

The property was put on the market at the €270,000 mark and two more bids saw the hammer fall at €275,000 to a farmer living 'half a mile away.'
