Located a mile from Tralee on the Abbeydorney Road, the farm overlooks the town and is being sold by private treaty with a guide price of €220,000, or €8,500/ac.

Mr Mannix describes the land as mixed, with a road-hugging 4.5ac portion being of top quality. A section of the property extending to 11ac could do with some improvement, including drainage.

The remaining 11.5ac have been neglected in recent years, but Mr Mannix says this property could be returned to productive ground with some attention.

Mr Mannix is looking for offers of around €220,000, or €8,500/ac, and believes that this price is reflective of the market.
