The JCB compact Agri Loadall range has undergone a significant makeover, with engine and performance upgrades on the 526-56 and 527-58 complementing the recently launched 525-60 Agri Plus. At just 1.97m to the top of the cab and a very slim 1.84m wide, the 525-60 Agri Plus is small enough for even the oldest building passageways.

JCB's most compact Loadall has a 6m lift height and enough hydraulic muscle from its 90 litre/min piston pump to take the max 2,500kg load to more than 5.5m. Flow sharing means a bedding spreader, feeder or similar equipment can be powered, with the Varispeed drivetrain control providing an ideal combination of ground speed revs from the 74hp JCB Diesel Kohler 2.5 litre engine.

A full size 880mm wide Deluxe cab, with proportional servo joystick and optional suspension offers great operator comfort.

A range of front-end hitches, including a Eurohitch carriage option, makes use of existing tractor loader attachments - another Loadall first.

The 526-56 Agri Plus now features a four-speed power shift transmission as standard, with selectable 2/4 wheel drive, while the hydrostatic drive 527-58 Agri is now equipped with the Varispeed transmission as standard, allowing the operator to control ground speed independent of engine revs.

Disconnecting four-wheel drive for road travel reduces tyre wear. Increased top speeds - a choice of 33kph or 40kph - mean the Agri Plus takes less time getting to and from jobs beyond the farmyard.

JCB Agriculture managing director, Richard Fox-Marrs said: "As the telehandler market leader, we are very focussed on identifying every opportunity to increase productivity and reduce costs for our customers, while ensuring that operating these machines is an absolute pleasure."
