GVM Kilmallock is quoting a guide price of €650,000 for a 95ac residential farm located seven miles from both Kilmallock and Charleville.



The farm at Kilmore, 2.2 miles from the village of Ballyagran, consists of a two-storey traditional farmhouse set on a block of 85 acres, with a further 10 acres of land across the road.

Auctioneer Richard Ryan from GVM describes the land as top quality Golden Vale grazing land, laid out in easily managed divisions.

For sale by private treaty, the farm can be bought in its entirety or divided into two lots consisting of the residential 85ac portion including the farmyard and the 10ac located across the road.
