Located near Donaghmore Beach, south of Gorey, the 39.23ac grassland farm will be sold in one or three lots and comes with extensive road frontage.

Auctioneers Sherry FitzGerald O'Leary Kinsella, of Gorey, is guiding the farm at €8,000/ac.

On the Donaghmore Road, two miles south of Courtown, the land is split by a country road and is within a few minutes' walk of Donaghmore Beach.

It has been recently reseeded and is well fenced, watered and sheltered by mature trees.

The property is located in two different townslands, Donaghmore and Tomnamuck, but all three lots are adjacent to one another.

Lot one consists of 29.43ac, while a 4.15ac section nearby makes up lot 2, and 5.65ac further down the road is lot three.

Local auctioneer James Kinsella says that while the property will be attractive to local farmers, by selling it in lots the agents hope to attract a wide range of customers.
