Athy meeting for Beet Ireland

Beet Ireland is hosting a series of public meetings around the country this week on the redevelopment of the sugar beet industry in Ireland.

The first was held in Cork last night, with the next one in the Clanard Court Hotel, Athy, Co Kildare, on Thursday at 8pm.

The last meeting will be in the Riverside Hotel Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, next Monday at 8pm.

Speakers include Dave Barry, (Goldcrop), Michael Hoey (Beet Ireland) Chris Harmon and Simon Cross (Cross Engineering).
