30ac Skryne residential farm would make an ideal part-time farm or equestrian unit

A residential farm of 30ac at Skryne between the N2 and N3 and 25km from Dublin is the ideal part-time or hobby farm.

The residence is a good four bedroom bungalow and is set well back in from the road with a large front garden and a detached garage to the side.

The entire is coming to market by private treaty with a guide price of €500,000.

According to Phillip Byrne of selling agents REA Coonan's Maynooth, the lands are laid out in three divisions, each of which is stud railed and watered with double entrance gates to each field.

The elevated site has frontage to a river and overlooks the river valley.

Mr Byrne says the farmyard has buildings suitable for any enterprise with horse stables and four all-weather arenas.
