Two floors at south Dublin business park on the market for leasing

JLL is marketing two available floors within Block 4, Bracken Business Park in Sandyford which it says provide "fitted office accommodation available immediately on flexible lease terms".
The ground and second floors, which are available, comprise 6,200 sq ft and 6,032 sq ft each.
There are also 15 car parking spaces available with each floor.
JLL is quoting a rent of €18 per sq ft for the office accommodation and €1,200 per car space per annum.
The agents say the building is "easily accessed from the M50, adjacent to a number of bus routes and a 10 minute walk from both Stillorgan and Sandyford Luas stations".
"The accommodation includes suspended ceilings, raised access floors, mainly open plan office layout with a number of meeting rooms and boardroom, kitchenettes and toilet facilities on each floor," JLL said.
