Tipperary estate sells for €3.35m

A large partially completed development known as Drummin Village, Borrisokane Road, Nenagh has been sold at auction for €3.35m.
DNG Michael Gilmartin had advertised this property for sale by private treaty since December 2014 and in that time are said to have had plenty of interest with a large number of viewings and inquiries from all parts of the country and internationally.
"Given the level of interest expressed in the property it was decided to bring the sale to a conclusion by way of an auction," said the agents.
Michael Gilmartin of DNG Michael Gilmartin ran the auction which began at €1.5m before selling after 28 bids at €3.35m.
