Morrissey's have bee instructed to sell The Homestead pub in Cabra in Dublin for in excess of €950,000.
The property is being sold as a going concern by Noel Kiernan who has traded on the premises since 1978.
The Homestead comprises a long established business premises on Quarry Road in the heart of what the agents call "the densely populated residential district of Cabra".
