JLL and CBRE have been retained as agents for four office buildings in Dublin guiding nearly €30m.
The secondary office buildings in central Dublin changed hands barely two years ago as part of a larger portfolio. Now however they are being churned by their buyers Pimco and Brehon Capital, which now trade as Tetrarch Capital.
A price in excess of €28.5 million is being sought for the buildings in Dublin 1 and 7 which formed part of the Ulysses portfolio, the former property empire assembled by developer Liam Carroll's Zoe Developments with financing from Bank of Scotland (Ireland).
Tetrarch already sold the HQ of the Department of Justice on St Stephen's Green for €16.4m.
