Tallaght nightclub and bar on market for €750k
The bar and nightclub in developer Tom McFeely's Tuansgate in Tallaght is on the market with a €750,000 plus price tag.
Agents CB Richard Ellis are also offering a lease option for Blu Bar and Renaissance Night Club which closed 18 months ago. No figure has been put on the rent but it could be around €100,000 a year.
John Hughes of CBRE says the premises "occupy an excellent trading position overlooking the surface car park for The Square Shopping Centre."
It is close to UCI cinemas, Leisureplex, Tallaght Regional Hospital and the Tallaght Institute of Technology.
Blu's drinks licence has been renewed and it benefits from dual street frontage. Located at ground, mezzanine and basement levels, extending to 1,595sqm, it is fitted as a lounge bar at ground and mezzanine level with separate access to the basement night club.
