RKD Architects has been nominated for the work it has done on Belvedere House. The historic building attached to Belvedere College on Denmark Street in Dublin is known for its ornate decoration, particularly the plaster work surrounding the main staircase in the building. The project, one of the biggest overhauls of a protected structure ever attempted in Ireland, saw repairs to stonework and railings in the facade but also fireproofing upgrades, the fitting of a kitchen in the basement, and a structural upgrade of all floors and ceilings.

FitzGerald Kavanagh and Partners is nominated for its work on the conservation of St Mels Cathedral in Longford.

Jones Investments Limited is nominated for the work it has done at Dockmill on Grand Canal Quay in Dublin, while Fingal County Council has been awarded for its refurbishment of Hogan's Lodge in Malahide.

Weslin Construction led the Dublin Diving Bell Project and MMD Construction worked on the Youghal Clock Gate Tower.
