Seven former Garda stations to be auctioned off by GW2 this month

Ganly Walters will auction off a number of Office of Public Works Properties at the next GW2 auction
The seven properties are all former Garda stations and in Kilkenny, Laois and Wexford.
The seven properties have a combined asking price of €410,000.
The former Garda Station New Ross Road, Inistioge, Co Kilkenny will have a guide price of €75,000.
The property has an internal are of 210 sq m and is in an office and residential layout. The site just outside the village is said to be in good condition and a short wal k to the village of Inistioge.
Lot 2 is the former station at Church Street in Johnstown, Co Kilkenny. The 180 sq m station is in the centre of Johnstown.
The former station at Ballyragget is on the market with an asking price of €50,000.
It has a net internal area of 210 sq m.
The other stations are at Ballinakill in Co laois, Abbeyleix in Laois, Ballywilliam in Wexford, Kiltealy in Co Wexford, and Geashill in Co Offaly.
The properties will all be auctioned off on July 28 in a GW2 auction at the Newpark Hotel on the Castlecomer Road in Co Kilkeny.
That auction will come a week after another GW2 auction, which will be held at The Pavilion at Leopardstown race course on July 21.
That auction will feature 16 lots with a combined asking price in the region of €1.4m.
On the day a mix of sites and commercial buildings will be sold. The highest priced lot is 51 Woodbrook Square in Dublin 15.
