Maynooth-based agents, REA Coonan are seeking €1.5m for seven acres of prime development land immediately south of Rathcoole in Dublin.

The land, of which approximately 2.5 acres is already zoned for residential development, is situated just a five-minute walk from Rathcoole's main street and is adjacent to the Peyton new home development.

Located just off the M7 motorway, Rathcoole offers ready access to Dublin City Centre (16 kms), Dublin Airport (28 kms), the M50 Motorway (7 kms) and all routes via the M7 to the South. With its selection of primary and secondary schools, the south Dublin village also has a range of restaurants, shops and pubs and numerous sporting and recreational facilities within a short drive such as Punchestown Race Course, the Curragh racecourse, The K-Club and Carton House. The hugely-successful Avoca Rathcoole, which last week secured the JustEat award for 'Ireland's best salad' is located within a short distance of the village itself.

Philip Byrne of Coonans says the land offers an "ideal opportunity to acquire a site for a very attractive new home development subject to the necessary planning consent".
