Schenker takes Dublin warehouse
As part of expansion of its business in ROI, DB Schenker has leased Unit E North Dublin Corporate Park, Swords on a new medium term lease.
The facility is said to be a Grade A quality, detached, modern, high bay warehouse and office facility extending to 3,040 sq m (32,722 sq ft). The property is owned by IPUT which also owns all other constructed buildings within the park.
William Harvey & Co, which handled the letting on behalf of IPUT, said the "property benefits from fully fitted offices and staff facilities, a clear internal height of 9.4m, an exclusively dedicated service yard, excellent loading access via three dock levellers and two grade loading doors".
North Dublin Corporate Park is said to be a prime, actively managed and attractively landscaped development, five minutes drive time from Dublin Airport. It is strategically located in for distribution being 3.3 km from Junction 4 on the M1 Motorway, 7.3 km from the Junction of the M1 & M50 Motorways and 10 minutes drive time from Dublin Port Tunnel. Nearby amenities include Swords Village, Airside Business & Retail Parks.
