A Dublin development property which changed hands for €110m during the boom has sold for only €10m.
The property at Sandyford Industrial Estate has been sold to a city-based development company.
John Lally's Lalco development company bought the site in 2006 at the height of the construction boom. However the site that has just changed hands is about 10pc smaller than the property Lalco bought.
About half an acre of the orignal five acre site was sold off previously.
The buyers of the new site are expected to seek planning permission for a new office development.
Knight Frank handled the sale.
