Retail activity picking up on Camden Street

Retail letting activity is gathering momentum on Camden Street, Dublin 2.

Agents BNP Paribas Real Estate are quoting a rent of €100,000 per annum for Grantham House, a high profile 240sqm premises with a new lease. It was previously occupied by Lomac Tiles and is well fitted-out.

Meanwhile a new Asian themed restaurant, trading as Neon, is to move into the former Olio & Farina restaurant at 17 Camden St.

This premises comprises of a ground floor area of 130sqm and basement store. The lanlord's agent Savills had quoted €50,000 per annum and it is understood the agreed rent was close to this figure.
