A 0.88 acre residential development site in Shankill in south country Dublin is for sale with a €900,000 guide price.

Located on the corner of Mill Lane and Shanganagh Road, it is within walking distance of the N11, the Quality Bus Corridor in Loughlinstown, Cherrywood and Shankill DART station.

Robert Colleran, director of development land at CBRE, says the regular-shaped site has full planning permission in place for four large detached houses with eight off-street car parking spaces.

"There was lapsed permission for a further three houses at the end of the Mill Lane site facing onto Shanganagh Road. Consequently there may also be potential to apply for planning permission for more houses on the site," he adds.

Supermarket giant Lidl have also recently announced plans for the redevelopment of a shopping centre near St Anne's church roundabout on the northern end of Shankill village, which would also be within walking distance of this site.
